A 3-day capacity building training for Management Staff of NEMSA organized by IBS Grand Technologies in Keffi, Nassarrawa State has ended.
In his remark at the opening ceremony, the MD/CEO NEMSA & CEIF, Engr. Tahir said that the training was aimed at exposing the Management to various group dynamics and equipping the Management with the necessary techniques needed to function collectively as a team in the delivery of service to electricity consumers.
He urged all participants to make good use of the opportunity given to them to understand the systemic process of planning, setting targets and measuring expectations which will be expected to be brought to the fore in their various schedules and capacities in the Agency
While acknowledging NEMSA MD/CEO and the entire Management Staff, Mr. Abalaka who is the MD of IBS Grand Technologies Limited, the facilitators of the training called on the participants to take full advantage of the training in improving their learning abilities.
