PUBLIC NOTICE:

The Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency NEMSA, has secured conviction of four (4) accused persons, viz Mohammed Sani, Yahaya Musa, Adamu Salihu and Bello Baba Aliyu at the Chief Magistrate Court of Kaduna State for the offences of criminal conspiracy, forgery of the NEMSA Certificates and cheating contrary to section 59, 345 and 308 of the penal code of Kaduna State.

It is hoped that this will further serve as a deterrence to those contemplating forging and counterfeiting Certificate/Instruments of the Agency.

NEMSA is the Enforcement Agency in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) saddled with the responsibility of safeguarding lives and property, and ensuring standardization.
