CORRIGENDUM TO “INVITATION TO TENDER (TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL)/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE UNDERLISTED PROJECTS” The Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) wishes to refer to its earlier publication in The Guardian and Daily Trust Newspapers of Monday, 26th June 2017 Edition and Federal Tenders Journal of Monday June 26 – Sunday, July 9, 2017 Edition. The Agency wishes to make the following corrections: Under 2.0 GENERAL CRITERIA: Interested bidders are expected to provide the following: i. Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Registration; ii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years i.e. 2014, 2015, 2016; iii. Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate expiring by December 2017; iv. PENCOM Compliance Certificate expiring by December 2017; v. Comprehensive Company’s Profile; vi. Verifiable Evidence of having successfully completed similar works in the past (at least three (3) evidences including Award Letters, Completion Certificates, Inspection/Certification Certificates issued); vii. Financial Capability including Current Bank Statement of Accounts; viii. Submission of three (3) years Audited Account for 2014, 2015, 2016; ix. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by the BPP; x. A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of NEMSA or the Bureau is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; Under 3.0 BID COLLECTION: Tender Documents fee is now N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only). The payment procedures remain the same as in the earlier adverts. All Bidders that had hitherto paid the earlier N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only) tender documents fee shall have a refund of the excess amount paid. PLEASE NOTE: Item no (v) now reads: Any bidder that bids for more than two (2) Lots will be disqualified – All the above documents are subject to verification; Under 6.0 CLOSING AND OPENING OF BIDS Submission of Bids for Category A, B & C still remain Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 11:00 am. Please note that only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission. Only the technically successful bidders will be invited for the opening of their financial bids at a later date while the financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. Bidders or their representatives, NGOs, Professional bodies and interested members of the public are invited to the Bid opening exercise. The provisions in this corrigendum supersedes the relevant provisions contained in the earlier adverts. Every other information remain the same as in the earlier adverts.
